You grant us a limited license to use the content solely to produce and deliver your order. We will not use your personalization content for marketing without your explicit permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Orders, Cancellations & Changes (Personalized Items)

• Personalized & made-to-order items: final sale once production begins.
• 2-hour window: Orders may be edited or canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing inquirysas@yahoo.com with subject “Cancel Order #1234”. After 2 hours, production generally begins and we’re unable to cancel or change personalized items.
• We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, unavailability).

21. Returns, Refunds & Damages

• Personalized & made-to-order items: final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.
• Defects/Damage: Report within 7 days of delivery and include order number and photos so we can assist.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

22. Production & Shipping

• Production time is separate from shipping time.
• Typical production: jewelry engraving 2–5 business days; embroidered keepsakes 5–10 business days.
• U.S. shipping typically 3–7 business days in transit (after production).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or peak seasons once an order is in transit. Tracking is provided when the order ships.

23. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

• We ship internationally to select locations.
• Transit time: typically 7–20 business days after production (varies by destination).
• Duties/VAT/import taxes: may be collected by your local customs or carrier upon delivery; these are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Provide addresses in English characters and include a valid local phone number. Failure to pay duties or collect parcels may result in return-to-sender; reship fees may apply.

24. Pricing, Promotions & Taxes

• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated. We may offer regional currency display where available.
• Promotions/discounts are subject to terms and may change or end without notice.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and current tax rules.

25. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, product images, text, graphics, and code) is owned by Stitch a Story or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not use our IP without written permission.
